We’ll Make You JUMP! JUMP!


Over the years, I’ve been asked about the various “things” a young athlete can do on their own with little supervision to assist in their training.

My answer: Jump Rope! That’s right, jump rope. Sounds simple, yet over the years it seems less and less young athletes can jump rope correctly and have the rhythm to establish a consistent pace to work up a good sweat!

I’m not about to rewrite history here so you can read more about the benefits and learn some basic jumping patterns here!

Pick up a rope………..and jump!
