Acceleration Training For Rugby!

Well, armed only with the Size 5 and some water. I hit the field for a training session.

Here is a breakdown of session:

-jogs and skips
-hip mobility
-tumbling and cart wheels

complex: 6 rounds
-kick the ball and sprint to retrieve it and turn and run back to the starting point
-5 jumping knee tucks
-15 push-ups
-5 wrestler bridges
* rest long enough to catch your breathe

– ran the “very large” hill 3x

-felt like i was going to puke…………and called it a day

I was in and out from the field in about 45min.
